What security precautions are in place to protect my information?
CADopener takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, your information is protected both online and offline.

CADopener uses advanced security technology to ensure that your personal data remains private within our site. While no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, CADopener strives to protect your personal information, but cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services.

Our credit card transactions use SSL 128-bit encryption. Your information is protected. Our data uploads are protected by log-in security and SHTTP 128-bit encryption. Downloads of converted data are protected by log-in security and SHTTP 128-bit encryption. Your data is protected.

Your data is not warehoused on our servers. Forty eight hours after download by the recipient, the data is deleted from our servers.

The data we provide to recipients is in the SFX file format. It is not the raw data that can be reverse engineered. It can be fully interrogated and used for collaborative and quoting purposes quite efficiently. If the Sender decides to send the RAW data to a particular recipient, that RAW data is deleted from our servers forty eight hours after download as well.
